Naruto Movies
to be honest i'm a bit disappointed with Naruto's 1st movie. well, the graphic was great (esp the 3D environment) however, the plot is too shallow. i nearly fell asleep while watching it *yawn* the only thing i like in this movie is Naruto cs winter outfit (nice for cosplay ^,^) make sure you see the short opening movie of "Konoha Village's Sports Meet" which i think much more entertaining than the movie self. just a spoiler, if you pay attention more carefully you might seen my love, Itachi ^,~, Kisame, and even the late Yondaime.
i think this movie will be loved by the fans of Gaara, Shikamaru and Kankuro. why? because they will make their first debut in big screen ^,^ these movies also printed in colored comic (2 volumes for each title)
a spoiled prince from the Moon Country (which is located on Crescent Moon Island, on a southern sea) is traveling the world and is to be escorted back to his home island by Naruto, Kakashi, Sakura and Lee. the Prince ends up purchasing a circus and hilarity ensues. team Kakashi then has the duty of protecting both the Prince and his new purchase. all the while three mysterious ninja arrive to cause trouble.
Demons that once almost destroyed the world, are revived by someone. To prevent the world from being destroyed, the demon has to be sealed and the only one who can do it is the shrine maiden Shion from the country of demons, who has two powers; one is sealing demons and the other is predicting the deaths of humans. This time Naruto's mission is to guard Shion, but she predicts Naruto's death. The only way to escape it, is to get away from Shion, which would leave her unguarded, then the demon, whose only goal is to kill Shion will do so, thus meaning the end of the world. Naruto decides to challenge this "prediction of death".
A mysterious group of shinobi called the Sora-nin from the Sky Country makes a surprise attack on Konoha because Konoha nearly destroyed the Sky Country during the last Shinobi World War, but they survived and now they're after Konoha and the Fire Country for revenge. They try to make a full blown of ninja war into a reality until the missing nin, Sasuke, decides to step in. There are many Shippuden characters showed up in this movie, they are Sakura, Hinata, Sai, Kakashi, Neji, Shino, Kiba, Rock Lee, Shikamaru, and of course our hero ... Naruto and Sasuke.
The film concerns the potential outbreak of a Fourth Great Shinobi World War when ninja with Kekkei Genkai abilities begin to disappear from Kumogakure, Iwagakure, Kirigakure, and Sunagakure. As the only village unscathed, Konohagakure is believed to be behind the incident, and rumors circulate that they are preparing a rebellion. With the other nations amassing troops at the Land of Fire's borders, threatening invasion, the Fire Daimyo orders Tsunade to apprehend those responsible and prove Konoha's innocence; in the event of failure, the Land of Fire will be forced to destroy the village in order to preserve world peace.
Assigned on a mission to capture Mukade, a missing-nin, Naruto Uzumaki sets out for the once glorious historic ruins of "Ouran", where he pursues and corners the rogue ninja. Mukade's goal is revealed to be a dormant leyline within the ruins; he unleashes the power of the leyline, causing a light to envelop Naruto, sending him into the past, 20 years before the series began. When Naruto awakens, he comes into contact with the Fourth Hokage, his father, Minato Namikaze.
After being falsely accused of attempting to assassinate the leader of Kumogakure, the Raikage, and killing jounin from Kirigakure and Iwagakure, Naruto is imprisoned in Hozukijo, a criminal containment facility also known as the Blood Prison. The master of the castle, Mui, uses the ultimate imprisonment jutsu to steal power from the prisoners. In this place, something is aiming for Naruto's life. The battle to prove his innocence and uncover the truth has begun for Naruto and his friends. |
