Raikage

Recently introduced after the defeat of Hachibi, he is one of the five great Kage. His actual name (oddly enough) is "A". He is the older brother of Killer Bee, who is the jinchuuriki of the Eight-Tailed Giant Ox.
Killer Bee (Hachibi no Jinchuuriki)
Origin : Kumogakure
He is known as the jinchuuriki of Hachibi (the Eight-Tailed Giant Ox)and resides in Raigakure. He is very skilled in a Kenjutsu technique in which he places seven swords between the joints of his arms, right leg, stomach, the right side of his neck, and in his mouth. With the swords in place, he spins and confuses his opponent, taking advantage of openings that may occur (as with his fight against Sasuke). Even weirder than that, he loves speaking with rap-rhyme sentences. The true appearance of Hachibi is a giant longhorn bull with eight tails. He uses the element of Lightning in battle. Sasuke defeated him and took him to Akatsuki's hideout. Actually, though, Killer Bee is still alive because the body which was taken is fake.
Samui
Origin : Kumogakure
Another big *cough* boobs character XD. Her team was sent to Konaha by the Fourth Raikage (A!) ti inform the Hokage that Kumogakure would be taking care of Akatsuki and Sasuke. In her team are two immature men who constantly speak of dating women and Samui's extra large boobature. She denied Naruto's request to see the Raikage, even though Naruto, Yamoto, and Kakashi easily followed them to Raikage so that Naruto could make his plea.
Omoi
Origin : Kumogakure
the one and only man in the team, Omoi (means Heavy) is rather foul-mouthed but frankly-speaking guy. he often argues with his team mate, Karui, about any lil things. skill is yet revealed but he uses the same sword as Karui.
Karui
Origin : Kumogakure
Karui (means Light) seems to be the partner of Omoi (check out their names which apposite one to another, Heavy and Light). yet Karui often brawls with Omoi about any lil things. skill is yet revealed but she uses the same sword as Omoi.
UCHIHA
Uchiha Madara
Origin : Konohagakure
finally the mysterious figure of Uchiha Madara is revealed. all this time he disguised as Tobi from Akatsuki, his true identity only being known by Pein, Konan and Kisame. the secret behind his long age hasn't yet known but maybe has a relation with his sharingan. Madara is indeed the no.1 man of Uchiha clan in the past. his only competitor was the Senju clan who was led by Hashirama, the late Shodaime hokage. later on, Uchiha and Senju agreed to join together to build a new village, Konohagakure. yet Madara was not agree with that idea because he believed it was only Senju's plan to get rid off em. however all of his men thought him as a betrayer and so he abandoned Konoha and formed Akatsuki. when Uchiha clan found out that Madara was right, it was already too late. the genocide of Uchiha led by Itachi was unavoidable. after the death of Itachi, Tobi or Madara recruited Sasuke and his team to join Akatsuki. Madara's objection is not only to revenge for his clan genocide but also to own Sasuke.

Uzumaki Kushina

Origin : Takigakure, Konohagakure
Kushina was the mother of our hero, Naruto. she was not a native Konoha ninja, infact she was a kunoichi from Takigakure. she married the great Yondaime, Namikaze Minato. the name "Naruto" itself was adapted from the main character of a story written by Jiraiya, that makes Jiraiya equal as Naruto's grandfather. Kushina died short after she delivered the baby Naruto.
Fukasaku-sama

Origin : Konohagakure, Myouboku mountain
Fukasaku is one of the great head hermits of Myouboku mountain. more importanly, he is the teacher of Jiraiya. during the last battle of Jiraya vs Pein, Fukasaku was summoned together with his wife to backup Jiraiya. however Jiraiya didn't make it and he left a death note on Fukasaku's back. he might not look so special but he masters a very crucial technique which later he will teach on Naruto.
