Izuna must be Tobi
I think that the man behind the mask, Tobi, is Izuna Uchiha! Izuna is Madara's brother, and therefore would be more inclined to know how he thinks. Also, Madara and Izuna were considered equals until Izuna gave his Sharingan (or they were taken) to Madara...
