The NARUTO SHIPPUDEN movie is out. They got the uncut DVD of the movie (both dubbed and subtitled versions) in the VIZ Media store. You can also download the dubbed uncut version of the movie straight from iTunes. To download the dubbed uncut version of the movie from PSN, log in to your account and look under TV Shows > Anime > VIZ Media. Enjoy the movie ^_^

Naruto Shippuden Vol. 1 was released in the U.S. on September 29, 2009. It is out now uncut, unedited, dubbed and subtitled versions. The other dvds should be released every couple of weeks.
